Topeka North Outreach, Inc. is a humanitarian relief organization comprised of local churches that have united to extend a helping hand to the poor and oppressed in their time of need. Chartered in 1971 as a 501c3 organization, TNO has served Topeka for over 48 years. Our mission statement is ?Reaching Out to Our Neighbor in Need with The Love of Christ?.
TNO began its Operation Backpack Ministry in 2006 and now serves Weekend Food Sacks to 760 children every week at 13 area schools to ensure children have food every day of the week.
We are just stepping out in faith knowing the Lord tell us in James 1:27 to ?care for the orphan and widow in their distress?. The Church is a light in the darkness and a place where the world can find peace in the storm.
To help with this effort, please contact TNO at 286-1370, or email us at email@example.com.
(Donations of non-perishable food can be dropped off at the above distribution spots day & times.) Contributions are tax-deductible & may be mailed to 201 NW Menninger Rd. or given online at www.topekanorthoutreach.org
