Operation Backpack "Summer Club" Sign-up

TNO now packs meals for children in need for the summer months. There are 3 pickup locations to choose from:Logan Elementary School, Quincy Elementary School, or Chase Middle School.  Or your child(ren) can also attend our Vacation Bible School at Garfield Community center and also receive a weekend food sack (see below to sign up for VBS.)

Parents/Guardians of children in the North Topeka & Oakland areas can apply for a weekend food sack to be picked up at one of the above locations by clicking here for the online application form.  To sign up for the VBS program, click the link below.

Operation Backpack will also hold a Vacation Bible School club on Fridays this summer at Garfield Community Center.  We will have fun sharing Bible stories, crafts and songs from Billy Graham’s curriculum titled, “The Greatest Journey”.  Children will take home a Weekend Food Sack to ensure their nutritional needs are met during the weekends of the summer.  The food sack will contain a two day supply of nutritional, kid-friendly snacks and single serving size food items that are easy for youth to prepare.
